Hello!

I’m Andrey Prigov, a transportation planner and urban designer based in Queens, NY. I’m passionate about public transit, housing justice, and the organizing power of urban immigrant communities. 

Since 2022, I’ve worked at the Metropolitan Transportation Authority (MTA) on the Queens Bus Network Redesign (QBNR), a historic effort to improve bus service for 800,000 daily riders in the city’s largest borough. After many years of preparatory work, my team and I were able to implement the new network in summer 2025. We are now studying the data and developing a post-implementation analysis that will inform future endeavors of its kind.

I hold a Master in City Planning from MIT and a Bachelors of Art from the Dual B.A. Program between Columbia University and Sciences Po.
